2002 · Founded

VeeMost is founded, serving state, local-government and enterprise clients from Cleveland, Ohio.

The AT&T Labs era

Founder Melvin Ejiogu spends roughly a decade as a Lead Principal Architect at AT&T Labs, designing and securing large-scale government and enterprise networks — work contributing to a multibillion-dollar U.S. Department of Defense program.

Federal pedigree

Delivery for demanding institutions, including the IRS, the U.S. Federal Courts and the U.S. Air Force (via AT&T).

Going global

VeeMost establishes Innovation Hubs in the United States, India and West Africa — the product studio behind its software.

Going public

VeeMost becomes a publicly traded company; in 2025 it completes its rename and ticker change to VeeMost Technologies (OTC: VMST), from the former Global Developments, Inc. (GDVM).

2025 · The product studio ships

Launches the VeeStore direct-from-manufacturer platform and unveils an enterprise blockchain platform.

Today & next

Executing a platform-led, acquisition-supported growth strategy on a path toward a national-exchange listing.

Founder & CEO

Melvin Ejiogu

A veteran network and security architect with 25+ years in the field, Melvin founded VeeMost in 2002. He began serving state, local-government and enterprise clients out of Cleveland, Ohio, then spent roughly a decade with AT&T Labs designing and securing large-scale government and enterprise networks — work that contributed to a multibillion-dollar U.S. Department of Defense program.

He took VeeMost public (OTC: VMST), expanded into India and West Africa, and built the Innovation Hub that ships VeeMost’s software. Today he leads VeeMost as both an enterprise IT company and a software product studio.
